DEENY (née McCloskey) Martha – We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Martha Deeny née McCloskey peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 27th of April 2023. May she rest in peace. Late of 35 Ballyrory, Claudy, Co Derry.

Beloved wife of the late Freddie R.I.P. Loving mother of Pat (Kate), Seamus (Nanette), Rose-Mary (Gavan), Bernadette (Paul) and the late Joan R.I.P.

Devoted grandmother of Aoife, Bronagh, Dearbhla, Eilís, Niamh, Cahan, Sean, Paula Maria, Clara, Caoimhe, Connor and great grandmother of Fiadh and Orlaith. Dear sister of Eileen and late Paddy Joe R.I.P.

You are welcome to pay your respects at McLaughlin’s Funeral Home (414a Ballyquin Road, Dungiven BT47 4NQ from 7pm to 9pm tonight Thursday (27th). Leaving the funeral home at 9pm to repose at her late residence. Funeral from there on Saturday 29th of April leaving at 12noon for 12.30pm Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Craigbane. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all her loving family and the extended family circle.
