MindWise offers our deepest sympathy and condolences to Cecil's family and friends, to include his sister Joyce. Many of us at MindWise knew Cecil well, he was a man committed to improving the lives of those directly experiencing severe and enduring mental illness, their families and carers. Without Cecil's dedication and unwavering support, MindWise, Rethink (The National Schizophrenia Fellowship) and Mental Health UK would not be positioned to support the very many people (>16 000p.a in NI alone). We will remember Cecil always, as he remains in our thoughts and minds, while his legacy lives on.
