We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Anthony (Tony) McFadden-Cassidy, peacefully at Spruce House, Altnagelvin surrounded by his loving family on 12th June 2023. Late of 9 Arranmore Avenue. May he rest in peace.

Beloved son of Margaret Cassidy. Loving brother of Michael, Gavin and Shane Cassidy and the late Ryan Snodgrass. A much loved uncle of Eimeár, Mollie, Eóin, Ellíe, Kayla and Níamh. Dearest brother-in-law of Tracey. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

Tony’s remains will be reposing at his late family home, 9 Arranmore Avenue from approx. 2pm this afternoon Tuesday 13th June. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday 15th June at 9:20am for 10am requiem mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
