SHIELDS Patrick, July 17, 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Mary. Father of Kathleen, Patricia, Frances, Elizabeth, the late Damian, Jimmy, Cathal and Christina. Loving grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. He was a father so very rare, content at home and always there. On earth he toiled, in Heaven he rests, God bless you Dad, you were one of the best.

Patrick’s remains will leave his home at 11 Whitecliff Parade on Thursday July 20th at 11.30am. Prayers at home followed by interment in Milltown Cemetery. Deeply regretted by his loving family circle.
