We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Ann Wade nèe Doherty peacefully at Oakleaves Care Home on 6th August 2023. Late of 8 Lindenwood Park, Foyle Springs. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Devoted mother of Gary, Keith, Jacqueline and Paul. Loving grandmother of Caoimhe, Fearghal, Aodhan, Ella and Jude. A much loved mother-in-law of Deirdre and Gary. Precious daughter of the late Letitia and Philip. Dearest sister of Lucy, Marie and the late Meta, Philip and Paddy. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Ann’s remains are now reposing at her daughter Jacqueline’s residence, 26 Corn Mill Park, Campsie. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 9th August at 10:15am for 11am requiem mass in Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be strictly private from 10pm until 11am and also strictly private on the morning of Ann’s funeral Wednesday 9th August.
