Devoted Mother of Shauna. Daughter of the late Lizzie and Bertie. Also a Loving Sister.

Funeral arrangements to follow. House Strictly private. Family flowers only please donations if desired for Katie Shine Project c/o James Stevenson & Son 30 Cushendall Road BT43 6HD.

Will be Lovingly remembered by Her sorrowing Family and the entire Family circle.

Donna I only heard the heartbreaking news today that you left us. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. You were one of a kind, you were a joy to take care of when we had the pleasure of being your carers during your time in musgrave park hospital. I for one will miss you dearly sleep tight my friend. Our loss is heavens gain. Love to you always Dawn xx
