MAGUIRE Philip (Phil), August 14, 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Mairéad (née Murray), father to Lisa, Nichola, Catherine, Margaret, Pilib Óg and Patricia, father-in-law to Sean, Bill, Richard and Paula, granda to Sean Óg, Gerard, Michael, Mairéad, Aidan, Liam, Ciarán and Darcy, great grandfather to Fionn, Aiobhin, Ollie and Breagha, brother to Jack and Patsy.

A father, a friend, a grandfather too, each one of us, thought the world of you. You shared our troubles and helped us along, if we follow your footsteps we will never go wrong.

Philip’s remains will leave his home at 10 Gobrana Road, Glenavy, on Friday August 18th for Requiem Mass at 9.30am in St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Glenavy. A Cremation Service will follow afterwards (12noon) at Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 5RZ.
