DOHERTY Bernard – 21st August 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital.
Beloved husband of Bridie, 32 Culmore Park (formerly of Carnhill) loving father of Lorraine, Louise and Eamon, devoted grandfather of Jade, Gillian, Darren, Casey, Joshua, Ciara and the late Louie, great-grandfather of Harlee and Ariyah and dear brother of Laurence, Maureen, Margaret and the late John and Kathleen.
His remains will be reposing in his home. Funeral from there on Thursday at 11.30am for 12o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery. Family time please from 8.00pm to 11.00am.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry, BT48 8JE. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. St Pio intercede for him.
