WATTERS (nee Smith) Eileen – (Newry and formerly Hilltown and Sligo) Eileen R.I.P, died 6th October 2023 peacefully at Southern Area Hospice.

Eileen will be sadly missed by her sister Doreen Clarke, her sister in law Margaret Smith, her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Eileen was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, her father and mother Michael and Mary Frances, her brothers Thomas, Bernard, John, Patrick and Edward Smith, her sisters Bridie Garvey, Elizabeth Marmion, Rose Smith, Josephine McKevitt, Sadie Woods and Sister Mary Frances Smith (Daughter of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul)

Eileen’s remains will repose at her late residence, 5 Elmwood Park, Newry on today Friday from 6pm. Removal on Saturday at 5pm to arrive at St. John’s Church, Ballymaghery, Hilltown for 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11.30am. Burial on Monday in Ahamlish Grange Cemetery, Sligo.
