DOWNEY Eamonn – 2nd November 2023, peacefully, at Drumbear Lodge Nursing Home, Monaghan. Formerly from Aughnacloy, Tyrone.

Predeceased by his son James, his parents James and Margaret and his sister Eileen. Sadly missed by his loving wife Joan, daughter Deirdre, son Patrick, son in law Alex, daughter in law Laura, grandchildren Sophie and Ella, sisters Margaret, Ann and Breige, brother Seamus, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.

Reposing at the premises of McElvaney Funeral Directors, Church Square, Monaghan, on Saturday (04/11/2023) from 4pm until 7pm and on Sunday (05/11/2023) from 4pm until 7pm. House private, please. Removal on Monday (06/11/2023) at 10.15am, arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Glennan, for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Drumbanagher Cemetery.
