Samuel David (Sam), dearly loved Husband of Jean, 17 Limekiln Lane, Cookstown, much loved Father of Gwen and David, a dear Father-in-Law of Andrew, proud Granda of Kimberley, James and Alanna, Great Grandfather of Lexie, Harper, Mia, Alvi, Levi, Marley and Riley and dearest Brother of Rhoda, Elma and Wilbert and the late Leslie, Stanley, Desmond and Phyllis.
