We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Martin McElhinney peacefully at Foyle Hospice on the 14th of November 2023.

May he rest in peace. Late of 148 Lettershandoney Avenue, Co Derry and formerly of Glengrainne Gardens, Park, Co Derry.

Beloved son of the late James and Catherine McElhinney R.I.P (Tamnagh). Loving brother of Bridie and the late John R.I.P and fond brother in law of Noel. Adored by his loving nephews Seamus, Christopher, Michael, Oliver, Niall and niece Mary.

Deeply regretted by the wider family circle and his many friends.

Leaving the funeral home at 9pm to repose at his sister Bridie’s home 148 Lettershandoney Ave. Wake house private wednesday night . Wake will commence 3pm to 10pm thursday and friday and private morning of funeral.

Funeral on Saturday 18th of November leaving at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Tamnaherin. Interment immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Church graveyard, Altinure, Park, Co Derry. Our Lady of the holy rosary pray for him.
