McGOWAN John – 16th November 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, late of Carnhill.

Husband of Bernadette, loving father of Sean, Connor, Kevin and Bronagh, devoted grandfather of Oran, Ava, Lillie, Mia, Rían, Stella-Marie, Olivia, Réidín and Sophie, great-grandfather to Cian, cherished father-in-law of Catherine, Niamh and David and a dear brother of Ciaran, Cathal and Gregory and a loving uncle. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle.

Funeral leaving his son’s home, 191 Barleyfields, Culmore Road on Saturday 18th November at 12:20pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Galliagh for Requiem Mass at 1:00pm. Interment afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Iskaheen.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
