DOUGLAS Jim – December 4th 2023, at Altnagelvin Hospital, late of 19 Drumenny Road, Burndennett and formerly of Glasgow.

Beloved husband of Patsy, much loved father of Sonia, James and Lisa, father-in-law of Michael, Edell and James, dearly loved grandfather of Molly, Cara, Calum, Eve, Alice, Elsa and Aoife and brother of Shirley and the late Iain.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday (December 6th) from 10a.m. Funeral leaving his home on Thursday (December 7th) at 9.25a.m. for Requiem Mass in St Mary`s Church, Cloughcor at 10a.m. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, son, daughters, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, sister and family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Dear Patsy and family, my heart sank when I saw Monica’s post about Jim’s passing. I only met him once last year, but he made me feel like I’ve always known him. I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a gentleman. Please accept my condolences and prayers for your family at this difficult time. I am blessed that I came last year to visit my family and ancestors and Jim was a great part of that . I will miss him! Love Cousin Bill from US
