McCORMICK (nee Green) Catherine – 25 Rowallane Dale, Saintfield died peacefully Sunday 17th December 2023, in the gentle care of Ringdufferin Nursing Home.

Dearly beloved mother of Martin and Kevin, devoted granny to Dylan, much loved sister of Rosemary, Elizabeth and Patrick and the late Gerald and James, cherished mother-in-law of Debbie.

Catherine is reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Down Funeral Directors, 26 John Street, Downpatrick, BT30 6BY with the family in attendance from 2-6pm on Tuesday. Catherine will leave the funeral home on Tuesday 19 December at 6.15 pm to be received into the Church of Mary, Mother of the Church, Saintfield at 7pm. Catherine’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 20 December at 2pm with a private family cremation to follow.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, may be made to Chest Heart & Stroke Association c/o any family member. St Martin and St Anthony intercede for her.
