We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of David Lees, peacefully at Altnagelvin hospital, on 5th January 2024. Late of 38 Blackthorn Manor and formerly of Fife, Scotland. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of the late Phyllis. Loving father of Phyllie and Sheila. A much loved granda of Lauren, Amy, Caoimhe and Hannah. Precious great-granda of Jonah. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

David’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 38 Blackthorn Manor from 2pm this afternoon, Saturday 6th January. Funeral leaving from there on Monday 8th January at 9:20am for 10am requiem mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. A private cremation will take place immediately afterwards at Lakelands Crematorium, Co. Cavan.

Wake house will be strictly private from 10pm until 11am.
