We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Margaret McKeever (née Nicholas), peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 20th of February 2024. May she rest in peace. Late of 150 Foreglen Road, Claudy, Co Derry.

Beloved wife of James and loving mother of Brigid McKeegan, Jennifer McKenna, Gerard, Seamus, Joanne O’Neill, Malachy and Gabriel.

Grandmother of the late Kevin Mc Keegan R.I.P and will be lovingly remembered by her 24 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchild. Daughter of the late Tommy and Brigid Nicholas R.I.P and dear sister of Kathleen McLaughlin and the late Tommy Nicholas R.I.P. A fond mother in law and aunt and deeply regretted by the wider McKeever and Nicholas family circles.

Removal from McLaughlins funeral home 414a Ballyquin Road Dungiven today Wednesday at 5.30pm (viewing from 4.30pm – 5.30pm)to then repose at her late home.

Funeral from her late home on Friday 23rd of February leaving at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church Claudy, Interment immediately in the adjoining graveyard. Requiem Mass can be viewed via the church webcam, on hte link below. Family time please 10pm to 11am.
