LOUGHRAN Ellen, passed away 21st March 2024 peacefully at hospital, late of 67C Parkgate Road, Kells. 21/05/1940 – 21/03/2024. Loving wife of the late Gerald, much loved mother of Bernie and husband John, Geraldine and husband Peter, cherished grandmother of Steven, Nathan and the late Lisa, beloved great grandmother of Ava and Ruby.

Family and friends welcome to call at Ellen’s home from Saturday at 2-00pm to Sunday at 5-00pm. A service of celebration for Ellen’s life will be held in Wrays Funeral Church, 41 Church Street, Antrim, BT41 4BE on Monday 25th March 2024 at 12 noon with committal afterwards in Belmont Cemetery.

Deeply regretted by the entire family circle. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be so He put His arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me.” With tearful eyes we watch you and saw you pass away and although we love you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. We love and miss you always mum.
