Hazel McMillan passed away on the November 8th 2020, peacefully at hospital,
Hazel, loving daughter of the late Robert and Hannah.
Sadly due to the current restrictions a private funeral service will be held.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent directly to Marie Curie, 1A Kensington Rd, Belfast BT5 6N.
Will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
