WHELAN (nee Tyrie) Lilian, died peacefully at Hospital on 13th May 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Late of 20 Caman Crescent, Ballycastle.

Dearly beloved wife of Timothy and loving mother to Susan, Gavin, Breige, Aine and the late Sean. Devoted granny to David, Ryan, Donn, Conor, Torai, Jake, Laurence and Olivia. Much loved sister of Elsie, Patsy and all her late brothers and sisters. Our Lady of Lourdes Pray for Her.

Lilian’s remains will be reposing in her family home 45 Mica Drive for two nights from Tuesday evening. Lilians remains will then return to her much loved home in Ballycastle on Thursday afternoon. A Requiem Mass will take place on Friday at 10am in St Patrick’s and St Brigid’s Church, Ballycastle. Burial to follow in the adjoining Cemetery.

Lilian will be loved and missed always by her heartbroken husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters and entire circle of friends and family.
