McCORMACK John, 17th May 24, peacefully in Altnagelvin Hospital with his family present.

Dearly beloved Husband of Helena, devoted Father of Jacqueline, Teresa, Kenneth, Martin, John and Helena. Dear Brother of Ken and a loving Grandfather. John’s remains will be leaving his late home 23 Hayesbank Park on Saturday 18th May at 6pm to rest in Chapel overnight.

Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12.30pm in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road followed by burial in Ardmore Cemetery.

Access turning and parking is limited on Hayesbank Park. Visitors to the home are encouraged to park elsewhere if possible.
