We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Walter Casson, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on 20th May 2024. Late of 109 Glenowen Park and formerly of 6 Rathowen Park. May he rest in peace.

Beloved son of the late Walter and Maureen. Devoted brother of Margaret, Eamon, Christopher, Darren and Terry. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

Walter’s remains will be reposing at his brother Christopher’s residence, 1b Rathowen Park from 1:30pm this afternoon, Monday 20th May. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 22nd May at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
