Stephen (Steve) beloved fiancé of Melanie, dearly loved son of Sandra and Alan, dear brother of Julie.

Due to current restrictions the family home and funeral will be private.

No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, cheques payable to Great Ormond Street Hospital c/o Ronnie Thompson Funeral Directors.

Forever loved and sadly missed by his family and friends.
