MOONEY Matt – 25th June 2024 peacefully at the Foyle Hospice.

Beloved husband of the late Mary, Bernie and Margaret, loving father of Marie and Patrick, father-in-law of Martin and Gabby, devoted grandfather of Jack and Aaron and dear brother of the late Marie, Kathleen, Ruby, Bertie, Leo, Thomas and Gerry.

His remains will be reposing in his home, 2 Clements Court, Waterside, on Wednesday from 2 – 9 pm and Thursday from 12 – 4 pm. He will then be removed from there on Thursday evening at 7.30 pm to St Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass on Friday at 11.30 am. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery.
