Passed away peacefully in his home on the 26th of June 2024.
Devoted partner of Evelyn, much loved and missed by Victoria, Lyndsey, Michael, Jamie, Katie and Jack.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday 1st July 2024 in Roselawn Crematorium at 11.20 am.
No flowers please. Donations in lieu if desired to The Injured Jockeys Fund (cheques only please made payable to the above charity) C/o Willowfield Private Funeral Home, 440 Woodstock Road, Cregagh, BT6 9DR.
Sam will be very sadly missed by his family and friends.
