TANSLEY Peter (Pete) Passed away 15th July 2024 peacefully at Antrim Area Hospital with his loving family by his side.

Formerly of Unity Street, Carrickfergus.

Dearly beloved husband to Heather. Loving and devoted father to Nikita, Peter, Paul, Tyler and Curtis. Dear son of Dorothy and the late Brian Tansley. Loving brother to Julie and Paul. Dear son-in-law of Hilda and the late David Tate.

A Service of Thanksgiving for Pete’s life will be held in S & J Irvine Funeral Home, 31-35 Irish Quarter South, Carrickfergus, BT38 8BL on Friday 26th July 2024 at 1.30 p.m. and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium for 3.20 p.m.

Pete will always be loved and remembered by the entire family circle at home and abroad.

He sleeps in a beautiful garden, free from suffering and pain, and when life’s journey is over, please God may we all meet again.

We shared so much together, laughter, joy and tears; now all we have are memories sprayed with a million tears.

God takes us one by one and breaks the family chain, but someday in a better land, the chain will link again.
