BARR Joseph – R.I.P. Late of 4 Georges Lane, Newry. 17th September 2025 at Craigavon Area Hospital. Beloved father of Lisa, Kieran and Jodie, loving partner of Ellen and dear brother of Tony, Colin, Shirley, Christine and Lorraine, predeceased by his father Joseph, mother Jane, brother Walter and sister Becky.

Joseph’s remains will repose in McGennity’s Funeral Home, 18 Forkhill Road, Newry BT35 8LZ this evening (Thursday 18th September) from 7-9pm and tomorrow (Friday 19th September) from 2-4pm and from 7-9pm. Requiem Mass for Joseph will be celebrated on Saturday (20th September) at 10.30am in St. Patrick and St. Colman’s cathedral, Newry. Cremation will take place at a later date. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him.

Very deeply regretted by his loving son, daughters, partner, brothers, sisters, grandchildren and the extended family circle.
