BARR Marie, 24th November 2025 peacefully at home, loving mother of Ellizabeth and Carolanne, mother-in-law of John-Joe and Kevin, devoted nanny of Cara, Harper, Oisin, Jack, Charlie, Aoife ad Amelia-Grace, beloved daughter of the late Jackie and Lily Barr and cherished sister of William, Gerard, Damien and Pamela.
Marie’s remains will be reposing in her home, 37 Liscloon Drive, Shantallow, from 2 pm on Tuesday. Funeral from there on Thursday at 11.30 am for 12 o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery. Family time please from 9 pm to 12 noon.
Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
