BARRY James (Jim), Passed away peacefully 27th September 2025 at Ambassador Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Frances, much loved father of Martin, Paul and Michael, father-in-law of Deirdre and Lila. He was a cherished grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle. Sadly missed by his surviving brothers and sisters and their surviving spouses.

Jim is reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Directors, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2GX. Family will be in attendance Wednesday between 5pm and 7pm. His remains will be removed to St Gerard’s Church, Antrim Road, on Thursday 2nd October for Requiem Mass at 9.30am. Burial afterwards in Ballyclare Cemetery.
