BEIRNE (née Keegan) Valerie, passed away peacefully at home on August 29, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Laurence R.I.P., much loved mother of Christopher, mother-in-law to Elaine, and cherished grandmother to Emma and Ethan. Loving sister of Don, Hilary, Geraldine, Tim and the late Colette, sister-in-law of Adrian, Marcella and the late Leonie, Patrick and Ailbe. Valerie will be dearly missed by her entire family circle and many friends.

Valerie will repose at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 2 St Judes Avenue, Belfast BT7 2GZ, on Thursday September 4th from 3.00pm – 5.00pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday September 5th at 11.30am in the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Knockbracken Drive, Carryduff, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
