BYRNE (née Cannon) Mary R.I.P. 9A Carn Road, Killeavy, Newry. January 24, 2026, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Barney, loving mother of Bernadette, Anne Marie, Geraldine, Martin and Cecelia, mother-in-law to Paddy, Karl (R.I.P.) and Susan, granny to Derek Lee and Jordan, Eamon and Jaimie, Patrick, Shannon, Alaoighse and Oisin, Katie, Frankie and Meaghan and a devoted great granny.

Mary’s remains are reposing at her late residence. All are welcome on today Monday January 26th from 2.00pm until 9.00pm. House Private tomorrow Tuesday January 27th morning please. Removal on tomorrow Tuesday at 11.30am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12noon in St Joseph’s Church, Meigh. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Very deeply regretted by her loving son, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters Delia, Teresa and Philomena and the extended family circle. May she rest in peace.
