1st October 2025 peacefully at his home in London, formerly of Creggan, loving father of Paul and Neil, dear brother of Betty, Joy, Damien, Marian, Paula and the late John, Vincent, Bernadette, Patricia, Carolann, Gerry, Christopher, Martin and Brian and a much loved brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle.

Everyone is welcome to pay their respects at W J O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, BT47 3PU, on Wednesday 15th October from 6 – 8 pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Mary’s Church’s, Creggan on Thursday at 11 o’clock. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery.
