COLLINS Samuel James (Sam) Died on 28th November 2021 (peacefully) at his home, 53 Blackrock Road, Kilrea.
Samuel James (Sam), dearly beloved husband of Emma, much loved father of Isabel and William and a dear father-in-law and grandfather.
A family service will be take place in Kilrea Baptist Church followed by a service of committal at Kilrea Cemetery on Thursday at 2.45pm where all are welcome.
House strictly private.
Family flowers only please.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family and entire family circle. “Redeemed.”
