CONNOLLY Dr Tom – Peacefully, 19th September 2023 R.I.P. (late of 11, Crevenagh Road, Omagh BT79 0EH).

Beloved husband of Jill, much loved father of Sean, Helen and Gillian (Karol), loving grandad of Emma and Kate, dearest brother of the late Edwin, Virginia, Helen and Marguerite.

Funeral from his late residence on Thursday 21st September at 9.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Killyclogher. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Co. Cavan with service at 5 p.m.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired to Palliative Care Ward, Omagh Hospital or Cancer Research c/o any family member or Charles Lynch, Funeral Director. The Mass can be viewed via the parish webcam.
