CREANE Patrick, 6th May 2025 at Templemoyle Care Home, beloved son of the late Patrick and Annie, Edenreagh, Eglinton and dear brother of Joseph and the late Mary, Ann, James, Frank, Eugene and Anthony.

All are welcome to pay their respects at W.J. O’Brien & Son’s Funeral Home, 110 Clooney Road, Eglinton, on Wednesday evening from 6 -8 pm. His remains will be removed from there on Thursday at 6.30pm to St. Mary’s Church, Tamnaherin.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11 o‘ clock. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
