DALY Sister Brigid, (Bessbrook) December 7, 2025, (peacefully) in Avila Nursing Home, Convent Hill, Bessbrook. Sister Brigid, beloved daughter of the late James and Winifred RIP, dearest sister of Winifred and the late Mary RIP, a cherished aunt, sister in faith and kind friend to all.

Brigid’s remains will repose in Mallon’s Funeral Home Mill Rd, Bessbrook BT35 7DT, on Monday 5-8pm and Tuesday 12-2pm and 5-7pm. Funeral cortege leaving at 7pm Tuesday to repose overnight in The Church of the Good Shepherd, Cloughreagh BT35 7DN.

Requiem Mass for Brigid will be celebrated 11am Wednesday, interment in The Convent Cemetery afterwards- Convent Hill, Bessbrook.

Brigid’s kindness will be lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family circle, friends and the Sisters of Mercy. St Brigid pray for her, may her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
