The family of the late Lily Devlin wish to offer their sincere thanks and gratitude to the family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them and provided support during their recent bereavement.Thank you for all the prayers, mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolences that were sent and to those who contributed to and attended Lily’s funeral. Thank you to Fr Andrew McMahon for the Requiem Mass and Maria Quinn for the beautiful music. Thank you to McAnulty’s Funeral Directors, Warrenpoint for the dignified and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Thank you to The Belmont Hotel, Banbridge for providing refreshments after the funeral. Thank you to the Banbridge Medical Group Surgery, the District Nursing Team, Social Worker, Dementia Nurse and the staff from The Acute Care Team, Craigavon Area Hospital who attended to Lily’s medical needs.Thank you to the staff of Ann’s Home Care, Portadown for their dedicated care of Lily on a daily basis.As it would be impossible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Lily’s Months Mind Mass will be held in St Therese’s Church, Banbridge at 5.30pm on Saturday 4th October.

DEVLIN (nee Cunningham) Elizabeth (Lily) (Banbridge), 6th September 2025, peacefully at home. Elizabeth (Lily), beloved wife of Jim and loving mother of Lucy (John) and Sean (Mary), dear grandmother of Darren, Shauna, Daniel and Ryan and cherished sister of Petsy, Michael and the late Mary-Joe, John, Pauline, Gerard, Nicky, Seamus, Brian and Francie. 37, Old Newry Road, Banbridge and formerly of Bryansford. May her soul rest in peace.

Requiem Mass for Lily will take place on Tuesday at 2.30pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Dromore Street, Banbridge followed by interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Dromore Road.
