GIBNEY Kathleen. Passed away peacefully at hospital with loved ones by her side.

Late of The Hollies, Woodburn, Carrickfergus. Loving and devoted wife of Edward. Much loved Mum of Paul and Glen. Proud Granny of Sophie, Benjamin and Rebecca. Great-Granny (Nanny) of Oliver, Harry and Lily.

A service of thanksgiving for Kate’s life will be held at S & J Irvine’s Funeral Home, 31-35 Irish Quarter South Carrickfergus on Monday 30th June, 2025 at 2.00 p.m. followed by interment in Victoria Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o S & J Irvine Funeral Directors.

Kathleen will be loved, sadly missed and remembered always by the entire family circle.
