GIBNEY (née Dougal) Eileen, passed away peacefully July 25, 2024 surrounded by her family after a short illness.

Beloved wife of the late Tony. R.I.P. Cherished mother of Jim, Tony, Paul, Patricia and Michael. Devoted grandmother of Annie, Molly, Maggie, Ava, James, Zia and David. Much loved sister of Ann, Geraldine, Brian and Patricia.

Eileen’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 35 Ponsonby Avenue from 3.00pm on today Saturday July 27th. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday July 30th for 11.00am Requiem Mass at Holy Family Church, Newington Avenue, Belfast. Burial will follow afterwards at Carnmoney Cemetery, Newtownabbey.
