GRIMSLEY Basil, called home 9th October 2025, peacefully at his home in Broughshane. Much loved husband of Etta, loving father of Trevor, Diane and Sharon, a dear father-in-law of Anne and Nigel and devoted grandfather of Matthew, Joel, Jonathan, Daniel, Mark and Adam.

House Strictly Private. Following a private family burial, a service of thanksgiving for the life of Basil will be held in Ballymena Baptist Church 18-22 Mount Street, Ballymena BT43 6BW on Monday 13th October at 1.00pm.

No flowers please. Donations in memory of Basil if desired and payable by cheque to Release International or Open Doors c/o Alan Francey Funeral Services.

Basil will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his entire family circle.
