We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Alice Havord née O’Kane, peacefully at home after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family on 8th June 2024. Late of 10 Brickfield Court. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of Michael. Devoted mother of Marie, Karen, Michaela, John and Alice. Dearest mother-in-law of Sean, Marty, Fiona and the late Roy. Loving nanny to all of her grandchilden and great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Alice’s remains are now reposing at her late home, 10 Brickfield Court. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday 11th June at 9:20am for 10m Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Wake house will be private from 11pm until 11am. Alice’s Requiem Mass can be streamed live via the link below.
