HOOKS Samuel (Sammy) Passed away peacefully on the 15th of December 2024. Much loved husband of Caroline, devoted father of Christine and the late Samuel, a caring father-in-law to Stephen and Diane, loving grandfather to Samuel, Nathan, Ashleigh, Jennifer, Sarah and Rebecca, cherished great grandfather to Ella, Leon, Elliott, Jacob and Ava.

Funeral Service will be held in his home 31 Burntollet Way, Cregagh, BT6 5EW on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 10 am followed by committal in Roselawn Cemetery.

No Flowers please. Donations in lieu if desired to a charity of your choice paid directly to the charity.
