HUGHES Bridget (Bridie) Passed away peacefully in hospital on 13th July 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Loved daughter of the late Bridget and James, Cherished sister of Danny and the late Seamus, Joseph, Mary, Rita and Gerard, beloved sister-in-law of Eilish, much loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.

Bridie’s remains will be reposing in her sister-in-law Eilish’s home 33 Juniper Park from Tuesday evening for those wishing to pay respects. Bridie’s remains will leave Eilish’s home on Thursday 17th July at 10:30 to arrive at St Lukes Chapel for 11am Requiem Mass, burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.

Bridie will be loved and sorely missed by her heartbroken brother, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Chest, Heart and Stroke foundation c/o O’Neill’s Funeral Directors
