We regret to inform you of the sad passing of Sarah Kathleen Hughes (nee Norris) February 6th 2026 Peacefully at Foyle Hospice (surrounded by her loving family) much loved wife of Terry, devoted mum of Moira, Brian and Gareth, loving mother-in-law of Peter and Lisa, adored granny of Edward, Simon, Katherine, Sam and Evie, great-granny of Ida, Heidi and Hana, dearest sister of Deirdre, Sandra, Pamela and Heather.

Funeral leaving her late home 19, Drumcraig Road, Newbuildings on Monday at 12.15pm followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for her life in St. Columb’s Cathedral at 1.00pm burial afterwards in Ballyoan Cemetery.
