JANUSZEWSKI Jacek (Jack) R.I.P. died January 9th 2026, peacefully at Dietl Hospital in Krakow, in the company of his loving wife. Dearly beloved husband of Monika and much loved son of Genowefa and late Henryk, beloved son-in-law of Jan and late Anna, loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday 14th of January at 3pm polish time (2pm in Northern Ireland), in st. Jadwiga Church in Debica (Poland) Burial afterwards in Old Cemetery in Debica. Requiem Mass can be watched on Church’s webcam.
Very deeply regretted by his loving family and friends.
