KENT (nee Marks) Anne – 17th January 2026. Passed away peacefully. Much loved mother of Karen and Michael, mother-in-law to Eddie and Maha. Loving grandmother to Jacqueline, Julie-Anne and Ryan, and her grandchildren in Australia. Devoted great grandmother of William.

A service to celebrate Anne’s life will take place on Monday 26th January at 10am in Mulhollands Funeral Home, 39-41 Irish Quarter South, Carrickfergus BT38 8BL, followed by a burial in Victoria Cemetery.

The family invite you to join them in wearing purple, Anne’s favourite colour.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, can be paid directly to the Ethiopia mission, Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle 837-869 Shore Rd, Belfast BT15 4HS.

Dear Granny Anne, We may not have been able to experience an upbringing of memories together, but the ones we got to share are still special to us. We have fond memories of your French toast with sugar on top and walking along the shells at low tide. You would always send us a card for our birthday and Christmas, and support us even though we were far away. You were always thinking of us, and we will always remember you. Rest peacefully.
