The family of the late Kieran Stewart of 26 Ashley Gardens, Omagh and formally Main Street, Pomeroy, Co. Tyrone, wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, service and burial. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.

We want to thank the nursing and medical staff who cared and supported Daddy and our family throughout his illness during his time at Altnagelvin Hospital, Derry. A special word of thanks to Dr O’Hare and Dr Greene and the surgery staff from Newtownstewart Medical Centre for the outstanding care they afforded Kieran over the course of his illness.

We want to thank the Principal, Staff, Governors and pupils of St. Michael’s College, Enniskillen for the guard of honour at the chapel.

We acknowledge the kindness shown by Fr. David Moore PP and to all those who participated in the Mass, especially Andrea Begley and accompanist for the beautiful music. We would like to thank McAleer Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

A Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Assumption, Pomeroy on Wednesday 6th July at 7.30pm and via the webcam.
