LAVERY William (Billy), 10th January 2026, peacefully but unexpectedly whilst on holiday in Derry, from Queens, New York. Beloved son of May and the late Geordie, loving brother of David, Donna and Patricia, a devoted uncle to his nephews Ryan and Shaun, his nieces Kayla and Erin and his grandnieces Callie and Ella. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all his cousins, his wider family circle and all his friends.

Billy will be reposing at his cousin Caroline’s home, 90 Springvale Park, on Wednesday 14th January from 12:00noon to 10:00pm. Funeral leaving 90 Springvale Park on Thursday 15th January at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. A private cremation will follow later in Lakelands Crematorium.
