We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Bridget “Bridie” Lindsay née Gormley suddenly but peacefully at home, 12 Altinure Cottages Park, Co Derry on the 2nd of January 2025, may she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of the late Mickey R.I.P. Loving mother of Michelle (Gabriel), Enda (Lorna), Carol (Eamon) and Joanne (Paddy). A devoted Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Daughter of the late Mary and Gerry Gormley R.I.P and dear sister of Michael, Gerard, Marie, Alice, Agnes, Claire, Patrick, Jackie and the late Patricia, Johnnie, Ann, Gabriel and infant Margaret R.I.P.

Reposing at her late home. Wake will commence at 12 noon Saturday 4th of January. Family time 10pm to 11am.

Funeral on Monday 6th of January leaving her late home at 10:20am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Altinure. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Requiem mass can be viewed via the church webcam.
