MARKEY (née Grant) Joan – R.I.P. Late of 24 Cottage Road, Kilkean. 5th May 2023 at Craigavon Area Hospital.

Much loved mother of David and Dermot, adored nanny of Róise and Dáithí and a loving mother-in-law to Mairead.

Joan’s remains will repose in Mc Gennity’s Funeral Home, 18 Forkhill Road, Newry BT35 8LZ on Sunday (7th May) from 12 noon until 3pm and from 6pm until 9pm and on Monday (8th May) from 12 noon until 3pm and from 5pm until 9pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (9th May) at 10.30am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Malachy’s church, Carrickcruppen. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Very deeply regretted by her loving sons, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and the extended family circle.
